Our client is an organization in the Green Bay area looking for a VP of Finance. Our client is looking for someone who has 8+ years of experience, leadership skills and strong communication skills. This is an opportunity to be part of a strong well-respected non-profit organization that has a big impact!

 

The salary range for this position is $130k-150k.

 

The VP of Finance will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute the company’s financial strategy to support organizational goals and long-term planning.
  • Partner with the executive team to provide financial insights, forecasting, scenario modeling, and strategic recommendations.
  • Lead annual budgeting, long-range planning, and financial goal-setting processes.
  • Oversee all finance and accounting functions, including general ledger management, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and financial reporting.
  • Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Lead the company’s risk management strategy including insurance, audits, internal controls, and regulatory compliance.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the finance and accounting team to support a high-performing, collaborative department.
  • Ad hoc projects as needed.

 

The VP of Finance will possess the following:

 

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or closely related field.
  • 8+ years of related experience.
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting executive leadership and influencing strategic decisions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
