Our client is an organization in the Milwaukee area looking for a Senior Manager, Total Awards. This company is looking for someone with 7+ years of compensation and benefits experience, a hands-on leader, and ability to adapt to change as needed.

 

The pay range for this position is $130k-160k.

 

The Senior Manager, Total Awards will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design, implement, and manage compensation, benefits, wellbeing strategies and programs.
  • Lead health, retirement and wellness programs.
  • Collaborate with vendors and stakeholders to enhance offerings an cost efficiency.
  • Design and manage competitive compensation utilizing AI driven analytics and market surveys.
  • Partner with finance and SVP of HR to align rewards.
  • Collaborate with HR Operations to ensure partners’ rewards are communicated and delivered with excellence.
  • Lead change management efforts related to total rewards initiatives and transformation.
  • Perform other duties as needed.

 

The Senior Manager, Total Awards will possess the following:

 

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, or related field.
  • 7+ years in compensation and benefits administration.
  • 3+ years of developing team members or leading high performing teams.
  • Knowledge of self-funded medical plans and 401(k) plans.
  • Strong knowledge of ERISA, CORBA, HIPPA, PPACA, IRS regulations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

This role may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary incentive program, subject to the rule governing the program.
