Senior Manager Technical Accounting
Our client is an organization in the Fox Valley area that is looking for a Senior Manager Technical Manager. Our client is looking for someone with a CPA, public accounting or internal audit background and is proactive and independent.
The salary range for this position is $140k-190k.
The Senior Manager Technical Manager will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and manage a team of engineers, developers, or technical specialists to execute strategic technical initiatives.
- Oversee end-to-end project delivery, including planning, execution, resource allocation, timelines, and quality assurance.
- Collaborate with product, operations, and business teams to align technical strategies with company goals.
- Develop and implement best practices for software development, systems engineering, or infrastructure management.
- Monitor team performance, mentor team members, and provide coaching for growth and development.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks, ensuring robust security, scalability, and performance standards.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation.
- Ensure compliance with relevant standards, regulations, and company policies.
- Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and technical contracts as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
The Senior Manager Technical Manager will possess the following:
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or closely related field.
- 6+ years of accounting experience.
- Possess problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership skills/management experience.
- CPA license.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy
