Our client is an organization in the Dane County area looking for a Senior Director of Finance. Our client is looking for someone with 5+ years of experience, organized, and has excellent communication skills. This company offers high visibility, a small company feel, and flexibility. This position is onsite.

 

The salary for this position is $100k -$140k.

 

The Senior Director of Finance will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Establish, review, and maintain internal controls to ensure data integrity.
  • Manage processes for all aspects of the property general ledgers.
  • Assist in cash management and reporting. Responsible for initiating outgoing wires, setting up bank accounts and managing online access with banks.
  • Assist with the property budget process.
  • Work with other teams, including involvement in improvements to overall operations.
  • Review of A/R and A/P, set up and maintain leases in Yardi, prepare monthly property financials, etc.
  • Ad hoc projects and reporting.

 

The Senior Director of Finance will possess the following:

 

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, CPA a plus.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in accounting.
  • Yardi experience preferred.
  • Strong analytical and process improvement skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
