Senior Accounting Manager

Our client is a large, industry-leading organization looking for a Senior Accounting Manager to join their team! Salary range: $150,000-180,000 + bonus

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and enhance accounting functions, partnering closely with accounting managers and their teams.
• Lead process improvement initiatives, focusing on automation, efficiency, and strategic value creation.
• Manage monthly close processes, financial statement issuance, and ensure compliance with corporate standards.
• Drive change management efforts to set up the team for long-term success and adaptability.
• Develop and mentor accounting staff, fostering a culture of growth and engagement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, contributing to strategic decision-making and organizational success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Proven experience as an Accounting Manager, ideally within manufacturing or a related industries.
• Exceptional leadership and coaching skills, with a focus on team development.
• Demonstrated ability to drive process improvement and change management initiatives.
