Our client is an organization in the Milwaukee area looking for a Reporting Manager. Our client is looking for someone with 4+ years of accounting experience, 2+ years of experience in the banking industry, and highly organized. This company is well known with a strong brand!

 

This position is hybrid and has offices in Milwaukee, Madison, Chicago, Green Bay and Minneapolis.

 

The salary range for this position is $120k-170k.

 

The Reporting Manager will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the Regulatory Reporting team.
  • Oversee team objectives and performance.
  • Stay updated on new reporting issues from FASB, SEC, and other regulatory bodies.
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP, FDIC, Federal Reserve, OCC, FFIEC, and other external bodies.
  • Manage the preparation of consolidated financial information for external reporting.
  • Analyze and report financial information of the holding company, legal entity subsidiaries, and consolidated ASB.
  • Lead and oversee the Reporting team on new regulatory issues.
  • Manage and control the Reporting function
  • Produce and review consolidated financial information per GAAP.
  • Prepare, review, and distribute external regulatory filings.
  • Support monthly closing of periodic consolidated or legal entity data.
  • Analyze and report consolidated and legal entity financial information.
  • Support the internal controls environment.
  • Assist with the monthly analytical review of consolidated and/or affiliate financial information.
  • Oversee the preparation of reports for executive management.
  • Ad hoc projects as needed.

 

The Reporting Manager will possess the following:

 

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or closely related field.
  • 4+ years of accounting experience.
  • 2+ years of banking industry experience or regulatory experience required.
  • CPA preferred.
  • Leadership experience preferred.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
