Our client is an organization in the Waukesha County area that’s looking for a Regional Finance Manager. Our client is looking for someone with 6+ years of experience, detail-oriented, and who has excellent communication skills. This company offers flexibility, a collaborative team, and competitive benefits. This position is hybrid.

 

The salary for this position is $150k.

 

The Regional Finance Manager will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage the monthly financial close process, including preparation of journal entries, account reconciliations, and review of results for accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Analyze monthly financial results and prepare MD&A-style reporting.
  • Lead development of regional and brand-level budgets and forecasts, identifying risks, opportunities, and key drivers of performance.
  • Participate in strategic brand meetings to stay aligned with operational performance and provide ad hoc financial analysis to support decision-making.
  • Review customer and service line margins with business teams and identify areas for improvement.
  • Work within the ERP and CRM systems to analyze data, supporting both routine reporting and special projects.
  • Oversee activities of local finance teams, offering direction and support as needed.

 

The Regional Finance Manager will possess the following:

 

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • 6+ years of related accounting or finance experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
  • Advanced knowledge of financial analysis and US GAAP accounting principles.
  • Ability to multi-task and quickly prioritize to manage conflicting deadlines.
  • Strong proficiency for data analysis and a solid comfort level in Excel.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time in the assigned area.
