Regional Finance Manager
Our client is an organization in the Waukesha County area that’s looking for a Regional Finance Manager. Our client is looking for someone with 6+ years of experience, detail-oriented, and who has excellent communication skills. The salary for this position is $150k.
The Regional Finance Manager will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the monthly financial close process, including preparation of journal entries, account reconciliations, and review of results for accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Analyze monthly financial results and prepare MD&A-style reporting.
- Lead development of regional and brand-level budgets and forecasts, identifying risks, opportunities, and key drivers of performance.
- Participate in strategic brand meetings to stay aligned with operational performance and provide ad hoc financial analysis to support decision-making.
- Review customer and service line margins with business teams and identify areas for improvement.
- Work within the ERP and CRM systems to analyze data, supporting both routine reporting and special projects.
- Oversee activities of local finance teams, offering direction and support as needed.
The Regional Finance Manager will possess the following:
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- 6+ years of related accounting or finance experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
- Advanced knowledge of financial analysis and US GAAP accounting principles.
- Ability to multi-task and quickly prioritize to manage conflicting deadlines.
- Strong proficiency for data analysis and a solid comfort level in Excel.
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time in the assigned area.
