Our client is an organization in the Madison area looking for a Human Resources Generalist. This company Is looking for someone with 3+ years of HR experience, a team player and has an upbeat positive personality! The pay range for this position is $75k-85k.

 

The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Key responsibilities include but are not limited to recruiting, employee relations, employee on-boarding and help manage the review process.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Participate in job fairs, career events and other networking opportunities.
  • Source candidates, screen resumes and conduct interviews.
  • Manage the offer process, including wage negotiations.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for employee relation issues.
  • Conduct investigations into employee complaints, policy violations and other workplace issues.
  • Oversee the onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives to improve employee engagement, retention and overall HR effectiveness.
  • Provide ongoing support and coaching.
  • Analyze HR metrics and recruitment data to inform hiring decisions.
  • Mange recruitment budget.
  • Perform other duties as needed.

 

The Human Resources Generalist will possess the following:

 

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration or related field degree preferred
  • 3+ years of human resources experience.
  • Proven ability to influence all levels of leadership.
  • Strong experience in full-cycle recruitment and HR functions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.

 

The compensation philosophy reflects the Company’s reasonable expectation at the time of posting. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including, but not limited to skills, experience level, and overall qualifications. This role may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary incentive program, subject to the rule governing the program.
