Human Resource Generalist
Our client is an organization in the Madison area looking for a Human Resources Generalist. This company Is looking for someone with 3+ years of HR experience, a team player and has an upbeat positive personality! The pay range for this position is $75k-85k.
The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Key responsibilities include but are not limited to recruiting, employee relations, employee on-boarding and help manage the review process.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Participate in job fairs, career events and other networking opportunities.
- Source candidates, screen resumes and conduct interviews.
- Manage the offer process, including wage negotiations.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for employee relation issues.
- Conduct investigations into employee complaints, policy violations and other workplace issues.
- Oversee the onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives to improve employee engagement, retention and overall HR effectiveness.
- Provide ongoing support and coaching.
- Analyze HR metrics and recruitment data to inform hiring decisions.
- Mange recruitment budget.
- Perform other duties as needed.
The Human Resources Generalist will possess the following:
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration or related field degree preferred
- 3+ years of human resources experience.
- Proven ability to influence all levels of leadership.
- Strong experience in full-cycle recruitment and HR functions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.

This role may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary incentive program, subject to the rule governing the program.
