Our client is an organization in the Green Bay area looking for a Human Resources Business Partner. Our client is looking for someone with 2+ years of HR experience, strong problem-solving skills, and ability to prioritize tasks. The salary range for this position is $55k-80k.

 

The Human Resources Business Partner will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform daily tasks of human resource program including compensations, benefits and leave, labor relations, disciplinary matters, performance management, productivity, recognition, safety and training and development.
  • Handle employee-related inquires.
  • Assist with recruiting initiatives, including job fairs, interviewing and sourcing candidates.
  • Attend and lead teammate disciplinary meetings, investigations, and terminations.
  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
  • Participate in developing departmental goals and objectives.
  • Maintain HR information system records and reports.
  • Ad-hoc projects as needed.

 

The Human Resources Business Partner will possess the following:

 

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of HR experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills

 

The compensation philosophy reflects the Company’s reasonable expectation at the time of posting. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including, but not limited to skills, experience level, and overall qualifications. This role may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary incentive program, subject to the rule governing the program.
