Our client is an organization in the Milwaukee area that’s looking for a Financial Analyst III. Our client is looking for someone with 4+ years of experience, has a strong work ethic, and who is independent. The salary for this position is $90k – $115k.

 

The Financial Analyst III will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Summarize and present financial results, along with key sales and cost drivers.
  • Lead variance analysis to key benchmarks (budget, forecast, prior year, etc.) and clearly communicate key assumptions/inputs to leadership.
  • Assist in the build of monthly forecast and strategic plans.
  • Gather and analyze information to help identify P&L and working capital trends.
  • Conduct financial analysis and provide support on strategic projects such as capital spend allocations, cash flow projections, and integration activity.
  • Develop and deploy key operational metrics and analysis to support daily management of the business, while proactively managing costs and working capital to drive sustainable improvement.
  • Support internal control processes to ensure compliance with statutory regulations and accounting policies.
  • Perform other duties as needed.

 

The Financial Analyst III will possess the following:

 

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required, CPA designation a plus.
  • 4+ years of related experience.
  • High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including advanced Excel skills is required.
  • Experience with Power BI is preferred. Experience with OneStream, Hyperion or other consolidation and reporting tools is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle proprietary and sensitive information with integrity.
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Willing to occasionally travel up to 10% domestic and international as needed.
