Client Excellence Coordinator (Admin)
Our client is an organization in the greater Milwaukee area looking for a Client Coordinator. Our client is looking for someone who has strong organizational and communication skills. This company offers a family-friendly atmosphere with a focus on process improvement!
The salary range for this position is $60k-70k.
The Client Coordinator will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as a liaison between accountants and clients.
- Follow up with clients to retrieve information.
- Matalin daily recordings and log document issues and resolutions in database.
- Provide support to management and professional teams.
- Manage professional and personal scheduling for teams.
- Perform administrative task and office support.
- Organize team communication and plan events, both internally and externally.
- Other administrative duties as needed.
The Client Coordinator will possess the following:
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- 1+ years of administration experience.
- Accounting administrators’ experience preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Great interpersonal skills.
- Ability to be flexible and work with a team.
