Our client, in Madison WI (role can be fully remote) is looking for an estimated 6 month candidate to help with the following:

– Ensure invoices going out are timely
– Ensure premiums are going to correct accounts
– Ensure the call center is in communication as to where project is at and how to process payments.

Role will be helping company move from a systems-based billing solution to a manual solution. 

Must haves:
– Insurance experience in personal lines or P&C
– Process mapping experience
– 6 sigma experience

– Hours are 8:30-4 central time

Pay starting at $45/ hour
