The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of financial analysis, FP&A, accounting, audit, or similar experience and enjoys digging into data, building reports, and helping leaders understand business performance.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare recurring daily, weekly, and monthly financial and operational reports and dashboards
- Analyze sales, financial, and operational performance and communicate key trends
- Develop and maintain KPIs used by leadership to monitor business performance
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities
- Prepare ad hoc financial analysis to assist with business decisions
- Assist with monthly management and board reporting
- Work with data across multiple ERP and financial systems
- Help enhance reporting and business intelligence capabilities, including Power BI
- Support the month-end close process as needed
- Assist with financial modeling, due diligence, and integration work related to M&A activities as capacity allows
- Partner with finance leadership and other areas of the business on special projects and analysis
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- 2+ years of relevant experience in financial analysis, FP&A, accounting, audit, consulting, or a related area
- Strong Excel skills and experience working with financial data
- Exposure to ERP systems and financial reporting tools
- Power BI experience is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable communicating financial information and findings to different audiences
- Experience within an industrial services or manufacturing environment is helpful but not required
