Our client is an organization in the Milwaukee area that’s looking for an FP&A Manager. Our client is looking for someone with 6+ years of experience, detail-oriented, and who has excellent leadership skills. This company offers flexibility, high visibility, and competitive benefits. This position is hybrid.

 

The salary for this position is $120k – $140k.

 

The FP&A Manager will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes, ensuring accurate financial projections and performance management.
  • Partner with executive leadership to provide strategic financial analysis, recommendations, and insights that support business decision-making.
  • Oversee financial reporting, consolidation, variance analysis, and KPI tracking to monitor organizational performance and identify key business drivers.
  • Prepare and present financial results, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and the Board of Directors.
  • Manage cross-functional financial initiatives, projects, and ad hoc analyses involving finance, accounting, and operational teams.
  • Drive process improvements, system enhancements, and reporting automation to improve forecasting, analytics, and overall FP&A efficiency.
  • Conduct industry, economic, competitive, and market analyses to support strategic planning, resource allocation, and business growth initiatives.

 

The FP&A Manager will possess the following:

 

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field; advanced degree or certification (MBA, CPA, CFA) preferred.
  • 6+ years of progressive FP&A or related financial experience
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with OneStream and/or Oracle financial systems.
  • Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, including experience presenting to senior leadership.
  • Demonstrated leadership, organizational, and project management capabilities.
  • Must be able to travel as required for occasional meetings and conferences.
