Financial Planning and Analysis Manager
Our client is a global industry leader seeking a Manager of FP&A to join their corporate finance organization. This highly visible role will lead financial planning, forecasting, and consolidation activities while partnering cross-functionally with executive leadership to drive strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the consolidation of monthly financial results, forecasts, and annual planning processes across a large multi-entity organization
- Partner closely with accounting teams to ensure alignment between FP&A reporting, financial statements, and business performance metrics
- Support executive leadership through financial reporting, presentations, and actionable business insights
- Drive forecast accuracy through variance analysis, trend evaluation, and process improvements
- Assist with system implementations, reporting automation, and continuous improvement initiatives related to FP&A processes and data quality
- Support large-scale reporting and consolidation projects, including enhancements to financial systems and reporting capabilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop direct reports while fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
- 6+ years of progressive accounting and/or FP&A experience
- Prior people management experience
- Public accounting foundation and corporate FP&A experience highly preferred
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
