Our client, a well-established global architecture firm, is seeking a Senior Manager of Technical Accounting & Reporting to support complex accounting matters, consolidated reporting, and audit coordination across a multi-entity environment. This role partners closely with senior finance leadership and is ideal for professionals with strong public accounting experience transitioning into industry.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead technical accounting research and documentation for complex transactions under US GAAP and IFRS.
  • Support preparation and review of consolidated financial statements across multiple domestic and international entities.
  • Oversee aspects of the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, including consolidation and intercompany eliminations.
  • Partner with finance leadership on accounting policy alignment, internal controls, and reporting process improvements.
  • Support strategic finance initiatives, including M&A accounting considerations and cross-functional financial analysis.
  • Serve as a key contact for external auditors and assist with global financial statement audits and compliance requirements.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA required or in progress.
  • 6+ years of progressive accounting experience, including public accounting preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, and consolidated reporting within a multi-entity environment.
