Senior Recruiter
Our client is an organization in the Beloit area looking for a Senior Recruiter. Our client is looking for someone with 2+ years of recruitment experience, strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
The salary for this position is $85k-$105k.
The Recruiter will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manages the full recruitment lifecycle for diverse roles.
- Develop strategic sourcing plans.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates.
- Reviews and evaluates applications to identify top candidates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers.
- Lead employer branding efforts on social media and outreach strategies.
- Analyze wage and salary reports for data reference points.
- Develop job descriptions as needed.
- Attend job fairs and recruitment events.
- Other duties as assigned.
The Recruiter will possess the following:
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field preferred.
- 2+ years of recruiting experience.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills.

This role may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary incentive program, subject to the rule governing the program.
