Our client is an organization in the Racine County area that’s looking for a Senior FP&A Manager. Our client is looking for someone with 7+ years of experience, detail-oriented, and who has excellent leadership skills. This company offers flexibility, a collaborative team, and competitive benefits. This position is remote.

 

The salary for this position is $170k – $200k.

 

The Senior FP&A Manager will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee consolidated financial performance and forecasting (P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow) across multiple teams.
  • Lead annual budgeting and long-range planning, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
  • Deliver FP&A and performance reporting, including 80/20 analysis, KPIs, and variance analysis.
  • Prepare executive financial packages, including monthly forecasts, swings analyses, and QBR materials.
  • Partner with leadership to provide data-driven insights for operational decisions, investments, and growth initiatives.
  • Evaluate capital expenditures and major initiatives through business case, return, and risk analysis.
  • Drive cash flow, working capital, and expense management, including allocation oversight and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Strengthen financial processes, systems, and internal controls, improving close and forecasting cycles and ensuring compliance using tools.

 

The Senior FP&A Manager will possess the following:

 

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting; MBA, CPA, or CMA is preferred.
  • 7+ years of progressive financial experience, a manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Strong background in financial analysis, forecasting, and operational controlling; knowledge of US GAAP required.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting a business segment or division with full P&L responsibility.
  • Ability to think critically and translate complex data for various audiences.
  • A disciplined, trustworthy, and self-motivated professional with the ability to work independently with limited direction.
