HR Manager
Our client is an organization in the Waukesha County area that’s looking for an HR Manager. Our client is looking for someone with 5+ years of experience, organized, and who has exceptional communication skills. This company offers a progressive team, an inclusive workplace culture, and flexibility. This position is hybrid.
The salary for this position is $100k – $125k.
The HR Manager will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Partner with leaders and managers to support employee relations and maintain a positive, compliant workplace.
- Advise on performance management and disciplinary actions, ensuring consistent documentation and HR best practices.
- Manage employee investigations, complaints, and related matters, including external inquiries as needed.
- Support talent acquisition and internal mobility efforts across the organization.
- Lead employee engagement and experience initiatives, including feedback and recognition programs.
- Facilitate performance review processes and provide tools and guidance to managers.
- Support talent development and retention strategies to strengthen organizational effectiveness.
The HR Manager will possess the following:
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Communication, or related field.
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience.
- Proven ability to build trust and influence across all levels.
- Experience coaching managers, supporting employee relations, and collaborating on talent initiatives.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and creative problem-solving skills.
- PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP preferred.
- Willingness to travel up to 20%.
- Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
