Our client in the Milwaukee area is looking for an Executive Assistant. The client is looking for someone with 5+ years of related experience, who is highly organized, and ability to manage multiple priorities.

 

The salary range for this role is $70k-90k.

 

The Executive Assistant will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Draft, review, and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Maintain and organize electronic and physical filing systems, ensuring confidentiality.
  • Prepare and process expense reports, invoices, and reimbursements.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including logistics and materials preparation.
  • Support communication between vendors and management.
  • Help prepare property performance reports, financial summaries, and client updates.
  • Handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Assist in project management and follow-up on key initiatives or deadlines.
  • Support company events and community engagement activities.

 

The Executive Assistant will possess the following:

  • 5+ years of EA experience.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, anticipate needs, and work independently.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

This role may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary incentive program, subject to the rule governing the program.
