Our client is an organization in the Milwaukee area looking for an Analyst. Our client is looking for someone with 4+ years of experience, detail-oriented, and excellent interpersonal skills. This company offers a dedicated team, room for professional growth & development, and flexibility. This position is hybrid.

 

The salary for this position is $100k – $165k.

 

The Analyst will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Establish and update accounting standards, workflows, and internal controls.
  • Generate reports on financial performance, budgets, forecasts, and key metrics.
  • Serve as a liaison between Accounting, Finance, Operations, and Management.
  • Prepare and review financial communications and analysis while aligning with company strategy.
  • Ensure adherence to accounting regulations, laws, and reporting requirements.
  • Other duties as assigned.

 

The Analyst will possess the following:

 

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. CPA preferred.
  • 4+ years of experience in Accounting or Finance
  • Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills, strong interpersonal, problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Attention to detail, strong initiative and results-orientation are critical.
  • SAP experience preferred.
