Senior HR Business Partner
Our client is an organization in the Appleton area looking for an Senior HR Business Partner. Our client is looking for someone with 3+ years of experience, organized, and independent. This company offers a collaborative team, company growth, and positive workplace culture. This position is onsite.
The salary for this position $80k – $110k.
The Senior HR Business Partner will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create and deliver training programs in various formats, leveraging diverse learning methodologies.
- Develop tools to measure the effectiveness of training programs and ensure talent retention.
- Facilitate onboarding processes to ensure new hires seamlessly integrate into the company culture and operations.
- Collaborate with leaders to design recruitment strategies aimed at attracting diverse, high-potential candidates, while monitoring key workforce metrics to align hiring efforts with long-term talent objectives.
- Be a point of contact for learning needs, supporting and coordinating programs and projects.
- Perform additional research and assist with special projects as needed.
The Senior HR Business Partner will possess the following:
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- 3+ years of general Human Resources business partner experience. Preferred experience in training and development.
- Proficiency in MS Office programs.
- Required travel up to 15 – 20%.
- Ability to operate in a fair, unbiased, respectful, and confidential manner at all times.
