VP of Hospitality Accounting
Our client is an organization in the Beloit area looking for a VP of Hospitality Accounting. This company is looking for someone with 5+ years of experience, hospitality experience, and strong attention to detail. This company has a fun and growing team with variety in the day to day!
The salary range for this position is $110k-140k.
The VP of Hospitality Accounting will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee all financial aspects of the company’s hospitality accounting team.
- Manage, develop and lead multiple team members.
- Oversee, train, discipline, and evaluate employees.
- Monitor and analyze procedures and uses of resources.
- Work closely with the team to ensure accurate and timely audit.
- Lead timely preparation of monthly financial reports.
- Review capital expenditure requests and maintain the cash forecast.
- Prepare reporting packages.
- Ad hoc projects as needed.
The VP of Hospitality Accounting will possess the following:
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or closely related field.
- 5+ years of accounting experience.
- Hospitality industry experience.
- High attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
