Workday Technical Systems Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Technical Systems Analyst with experience in Payroll, Time Tracking, and Reporting. This role provides an opportunity to work across Workday modules, including Payroll, HCM, Absence, and Financials, while supporting system configurations, integrations, and reporting needs. You’ll serve as a key resource for payroll-related projects, Workday updates, and cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a subject matter expert for Workday Payroll and Time Tracking.
• Support payroll configurations, system enhancements, and integrations with other Workday modules.
• Build and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, and analytics to support payroll, HR, and finance teams.
• Assist with Workday release testing and ensure successful deployment of system updates.
• Collaborate with Payroll, Finance, and HR teams to optimize processes and reporting.

Qualifications:

• Workday Payroll experience required, ideally including Time Tracking and Reporting.
• Strong experience with Workday reporting tools, dashboards, and calculated fields.
• Understanding of payroll processes and wage/hour compliance.
• Experience with Workday HCM, Absence, or Financials is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative environment.
