Our client is an organization in the Rockford area looking for a VP of Finance. Our client is looking for someone with 6+ years of experience, driven, and has excellent interpersonal skills. This company offers a dedicated team, a great work/life balance, and competitive benefits. This position is onsite.

 

The salary for this position is $175k.

 

The VP of Finance will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Contribute to strategic planning and provide long-range plans, forecasts, and evaluations.
  • Present financial data ensuring timely and accurate monthly financial reports.
  • Understand and manage complex revenue streams, including private pay, Medicaid, Medicare, and grant funding.
  • Oversee the annual budget process and manage cash flow, cash reporting, and investment maximization.
  • Maintain accurate fixed asset records, oversee timely depreciation, and ensure proper real estate recordkeeping and tax payments.
  • Other projects and duties as assigned.

 

The VP of Finance will possess the following:

 

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Master’s Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. CPA required.
  • 6+ years of related experience.
  • Proven track record of financial leadership, preferably in a multi-site environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of ERP software and Microsoft Office.
