Provides administrative and clerical support to CFO, Management, Accounting and the Administration Department.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Set up new customer accounts in SAP for US and update customer database as required
  • Maintain customer accounts in SAP when changes and updates are necessary for Sales and Customer Experience departments                                       
  • Coordinates distributor contract programs
  • Maintain contract filing system
  • Creates QSL forms and performs ISO document management
  • Assists CFO with coordinating meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements
  • Assists with travel arrangements for visitors from aboard and domestically
  • Assists with coordination of parent company visitor meetings
  • Maintains the company vehicle program including ordering and assisting with insurance
  • Assists in other projects as directed by Assistant Controller CFO, Management
  • Works and assists with Sales Administration tasks as needed
  • Planning, organizing and executing projects as needed
