Treasury Manager
Our client is an organization in the Fond du Lac County area that’s looking for a Treasury Manager. Our client is looking for someone with 7+ years of experience, excellent interpersonal skills, and strong analytical skills. This company offers a tenured team, collaborative culture, and flexibility. This position is hybrid.
The salary for this position is $100k – $130k.
The Treasury Manager will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize cash flow and monitor daily cash positions.
- Identify and mitigate financial risks, including interest rates, foreign exchange, and credit risks.
- Oversee daily treasury functions including cash movements, wire transfers, investments, and liquidity management; ensure accuracy and compliance with internal controls and regulations.
- Prepare and present cash flow forecasts, liquidity reports, and key treasury metrics to senior leadership.
- Maintain strong relationships with banks and financial partners; negotiate banking services, monitor account performance, and ensure compliance with agreements.
- Train & manage treasury staff, oversee team workflow, and conduct performance reviews.
- Perform other duties and projects as needed.
The Treasury Manager will possess the following:
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 7+ years of relevant experience required. Supervisory experience preferred.
- Professional designations in Treasury Management preferred.
- Self-starter with strong execution and follow through.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent negotiation & interpersonal skills.
