Our client is an organization in the Fond du Lac County area that’s looking for a Treasury Manager. Our client is looking for someone with 7+ years of experience, excellent interpersonal skills, and strong analytical skills. This company offers a tenured team, collaborative culture, and flexibility. This position is hybrid.

 

The salary for this position is $100k – $130k.

 

The Treasury Manager will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize cash flow and monitor daily cash positions.
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks, including interest rates, foreign exchange, and credit risks.
  • Oversee daily treasury functions including cash movements, wire transfers, investments, and liquidity management; ensure accuracy and compliance with internal controls and regulations.
  • Prepare and present cash flow forecasts, liquidity reports, and key treasury metrics to senior leadership.
  • Maintain strong relationships with banks and financial partners; negotiate banking services, monitor account performance, and ensure compliance with agreements.
  • Train & manage treasury staff, oversee team workflow, and conduct performance reviews.
  • Perform other duties and projects as needed.

 

The Treasury Manager will possess the following:

 

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • 7+ years of relevant experience required. Supervisory experience preferred.
  • Professional designations in Treasury Management preferred.
  • Self-starter with strong execution and follow through.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent negotiation & interpersonal skills.
