Our client is an organization in the greater Milwaukee area looking for a Shared Services Supervisor. This client is looking for someone with 2+ years of supervisory experience, strong leadership skills and a high level of attention to detail.

 

The salary range for this position is $80-90k.

 

The Shared Services Supervisor will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

 

  • Plan, direct and coordinate all accounting functions for the Shared Services Group.
  • Maintain financial records. Control and balance the general ledger.
  • Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements.
  • Supervise the Shared Services accounting staff.
  • Directs the processing of all sales and accounts receivable transactions.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and accuracy of the AP/AR.
  • Maintain fixed assets of subsidiary ledgers.
  • Other duties as assigned

 

The Shared Services Supervisor will possess the following:

 

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree required.
  • 2+ years of AP/AR experience.
  • 2+ years of supervisory experience.
  • Detail oriented
  • Strong problem solver
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
