Work arrangements: Western suburbs (Hybrid, 3 days on-site, flexible)
Compensation: $75,000–$105,000
Responsibilities:
- Prepare partnership, corporate, and individual tax returns (federal, state, and local).
- Work directly with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Assist with federal and state audits.
- Participate in firm initiatives and committees to make an impact beyond your day-to-day work.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of tax experience; CPA preferred.
- Experience with high-net-worth individuals, SALT, or business taxes is a plus.
- A proactive and collaborative mindset.
