Our client, a large and reputable company, is looking for a Senior Sales Finance Analyst to join their growing team. In this role, you will partner closely with Sales and Finance to build cost models, analyze revenue and margins, and ensure pricing strategies support both growth and profitability.

 

This HYBRID position offers the opportunity to directly impact business performance, gain visibility into how the company generates revenue, and play a key role in shaping deal outcomes.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prepare pricing and profitability analyses to support new business and renewals.
  • Translate client requirements into cost models, including headcount and program complexity.
  • Partner with Sales to review margins, variances, and costing assumptions; recommend actions to improve results.
  • Analyze revenue, cost structures, and pricing agreements to guide business decisions.
  • Develop and enhance pricing tools, reports, and processes for greater accuracy and efficiency.
  • Recommend pricing strategies and adjustments that balance profitability with growth.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Math, or a related analytical field.
  • 4–7+ years of experience in FP&A, pricing, or quantitative analysis
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with Salesforce.
  • Experience in budgeting and variance analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
