Senior Manager
Our client is an organization in the Milwaukee area looking for a Senior Manager. Our client is looking for someone with 6+ years of experience, organized, and an excellent leader. This company offers a hard-working team, fun company events & perks, and flexibility. This position is hybrid.
The salary for this position is $100k – $150k.
The Senior Manager will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare and oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP/IFRS.
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain compliance with tax regulations, corporate policies, and industry standards.
- Oversee the general ledger, reconciliations, and month-end/year-end close processes.
- Review and approve journal entries, reconciliations, and financial transactions.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the team, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Other duties as assigned.
The Senior Manager will possess the following:
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Bachelor ‘s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA required.
- 6+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Experience in public accounting is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar ERP systems).
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial modeling and data analysis.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
