Senior Fund Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct strategic FP&A analysis to support fund activities, manage fund’s consolidated budget, and prepare internal and external financial reports.
• Collaborate with fund administrators to produce recurring investor reports and quarterly performance analysis, working closely with leadership.
• Review and oversee complex accounting processes, including financial statement preparation, equity transactions, and joint venture adjustments.
• Model potential investment impacts and create ad hoc analyses to support acquisitions and other growth initiatives.
• Manage cash flow activities, capital calls, and distributions, and drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce risk.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of relevant accounting or FP&A experience, ideally in private equity real estate.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
• CPA designation preferred.
• Proficiency in financial reporting, joint venture accounting, and ASC 820 fair value concepts.
