Our client is an organization in the Milwaukee area looking for a Senior FP&A Analyst. Our client is looking for someone with 7+ years of experience, experience in a manufacturing industry and strong communicator. This position offers growth opportunities, tons of exposure to leaders, and a hybrid work environment.
The salary range for this position is $100k-$125k.
The Senior FP&A Analyst will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Summarize and present financial results with clear insights into key sales, cost, and margin drivers.
- Lead variance analysis against benchmarks and communicate assumptions and inputs to leadership.
- Provide meaningful commentary and recommendations to division management at period-end.
- Develop, track, and report on key operational metrics to support daily management of the business.
- Partner with divisional leadership to drive operational and financial performance across daily, weekly, and monthly timeframes.
- Assist in preparation and analysis for Business Unit Reviews and President Operating Reviews, supporting senior leadership, including the VP of Finance and divisional President.
- Support the development of monthly forecasts, strategic plans, and annual operating plans.
- Leverage analytical and system skills to synthesize large datasets into actionable business insights.
- Identify P&L and working capital trends, communicate risks and opportunities, and recommend action plans to improve financial results.
- Conduct financial analysis for strategic initiatives such as capital allocation, cash flow projections, and integration activities.
- Collaborate effectively across all organizational levels to ensure finance deliverables and timelines are met.
- Support compliance with internal control processes, statutory regulations, and corporate accounting policies.
The Senior FP&A Analyst will possess the following:
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or closely related field.
- 7+ years of related experience.
- Experience in the manufacturing industry preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
