Senior Financial Analyst
Our client is an organization in the Milwaukee area that’s looking for a Senior Financial Analyst. Our client is looking for someone with 3+ years of experience, detail-oriented, and analytical. The salary for this position is $90k – $110k.
The Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct special studies on complex financial actions and recommended policy, procedure, and control improvements.
- Analyze financial data to assess performance, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
- Evaluate profit plans, operating records, and financial statements.
- Lead preparation of budgets, forecasts, financial plans, compliance reports, cash flow projections, and analyses.
- Apply corporate financial policies, government regulations, and accounting theory.
- Build and maintain databases to support planning and forecasting.
- Support ad hoc financial analysis and special projects as assigned.
- Research and prepare economic reports on returns, depreciation, working capital, investments, and regulatory impacts.
The Senior Financial Analyst will possess the following:
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of relevant experience.
- Proficient with spreadsheets and database software or accounting applications.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects quickly and accurately.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines with appropriate attention to detail.
