Our client is an organization in the Milwaukee area that’s looking for a Senior Financial Analyst. Our client is looking for someone with 4+ years of experience, strong communication skills, and analytical. This company offers room for professional development, high visibility, and competitive benefits. This position is hybrid.

 

The salary for this position is $90k – $110k.

 

The Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conducts special studies to analyze complex financial actions and prepares recommendations for policy, procedure, control, or action.
  • Analyzes financial information to determine present and future financial performance. Identifies trends and recommend improvements accordingly.
  • Evaluates complex profit plans, operating records, and financial statements.
  • Interprets and applies corporate financial policies, government legislation, and accounting theory.
  • Researches and prepares economic reports on subjects such as rate of return, depreciation, working capital requirements, investment opportunities, investment performance, and impact of governmental requirements.
  • Directs preparation of studies, reports, and analyses in areas such as budgets, forecasts, financial plans, governmental requirements, etc.
  • Perform other duties as needed.

 

The Senior Financial Analyst will possess the following:

 

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting, or related field.
  • 4+ years of relevant experience, preferably in Manufacturing.
  • Proficient with spreadsheets and database software or accounting applications.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects quickly and accurately.
