Senior Financial Analyst
Our client is an organization in the Milwaukee area that’s looking for a Senior Financial Analyst. Our client is looking for someone with 2+ years of experience, has strong critical thinking skills, and who’s organized. The salary for this position is $85k – $100k.
The Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyze financial data and performance to identify trends, forecast future financial results, and support strategic planning.
- Prepare detailed financial reports, models, and dashboards for internal stakeholders.
- Assist in budgeting, variance analysis, and cost management initiatives.
- Collaborate with accounting, operations, and executive teams to gather relevant financial and operational data.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on financial metrics regularly.
- Conduct scenario analysis to assess risks and opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Perform other duties as needed.
The Senior Financial Analyst will possess the following:
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master’s or CPA/CFA a plus).
- 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with financial modeling and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
- Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) preferred.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
