Our client is in the Milwaukee area looking for a Senior Compensation Analyst. This client is looking for someone with 6+ years of relevant experience, ability to drive change and strong interpersonal skills. This company offers growth opportunities, a supportive culture and flexibility.
The salary range for this position is $110k-130k.
The Senior Compensation Analyst will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own and execute compensation initiatives while aligning with business objectives and markets.
- Conduct and mange salary surveys and market benchmarking to support competitive pay practices.
- Collaborate with global HR leaders to develop and maintain job structures.
- Review and refine the company compensation and total rewards strategy.
- Lead year end compensation and total rewards strategy.
- Analyze compensation data and trends, providing insight to drive decision making.
- Ad hoc projects as needed.
The Senior Compensation Analyst will possess the following:
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Bachelor’s degree in Human resources, business or related field.
- 6+ years of experience with equity, sales and compensation plans.
- Manufacturing experience preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
