Our client is an organization in the St. Paul area looking for an Operational Audit Manager. Our client is looking for someone with 5+ years of experience, organized, and driven. This company offers a hard-working team, flexibility, and competitive benefits. This position is hybrid.

 

The salary for this position is $130k.

 

The Operational Audit Manager will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide support to the audit lead through sharing insights and coaching on audit planning activities.
  • Supervise, coach, and mentor staff.
  • Manage and conduct financial and operational reviews to ensure adequate controls are in place and financial data is accurately reported,
  • Develop and train staff related to audit techniques and the audit process.
  • Lead annual and semi-annual risk assessment process to develop annual audit plan.
  • Stay informed of relevant accounting and business trends.
  • Assists with other duties and projects as assigned.

 

The Operational Audit Manager will possess the following:

 

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance. CPA, CIA, CRMA, or MBA certifications preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in public accounting, internal audit, accounting, or finance.
  • 1+ years of supervisory or management experience.
  • Highly motivated individual who thinks strategically and strives for developing sound business solutions.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 10%, including international.
