Senior Accountant

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory accounting across a fast-paced operation.
• Assist in preparing monthly financial reporting packages.
• Identify and drive adoption of best practices to improve processes.
• Handle journal entries, reconciliations, and key variance analyses.
• Maintain and enhance accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Review and approve invoices and work submitted by junior accounting staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• 3+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• CPA and/or public audit background preferred.
• Understanding of US GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.
• High attention to detail and strong commitment to accuracy.
