Senior Accountant
Our client is an organization in the Rock County area that’s looking for a Senior Accountant. Our client is looking for someone with 3+ years of experience, organized, and motivated. This company offers flexibility, competitive benefits, and a hard-working team. This position is hybrid.
The salary for this position is $100k.
The Senior Accountant will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own the month-end and quarter-end close process, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statements.
- Collaborate with FP&A to provide variance analysis and financial insights.
- Support audits, compliance, and tax filings as needed.
- Reconcile and maintain the general ledger, including prepaid expenses, fixed assets, accruals, and deferred revenue accounts.
- Manage monthly consolidation of financial and accounting data.
- Assists with other duties and projects as assigned.
The Senior Accountant will possess the following:
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA required.
- 3+ years of accounting experience.
- Highly proficient in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, formulas).
- Familiarity with SaaS metrics (e.g., ARR, CAC, churn, LTV) preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
