Our client is an organization in the Green Bay area that’s looking for a Senior Accountant. Our client is looking for someone with 4+ years of experience, organized, and motivated. This company offers a hard-working team, competitive benefits, and room for professional growth & development. This position is hybrid.

 

The salary for this position is $70k – $85k.

 

The Senior Accountant will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage the General Ledger through account review, analysis, and reconciliations.
  • Verify job cost reports against pricing and estimating standards to ensure profitability.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve ERP related issues relative to financial reporting.
  • Manage accounting and budget reporting between the various business units.
  • Review wage computation to detect and reconcile payroll discrepancies.
  • Cross training to support other accounting department functions.
  • Manage monthly consolidation of financial and accounting data.
  • Assists with other duties and projects as assigned.

 

The Senior Accountant will possess the following:

 

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business. CPA is a plus.
  • 4+years of accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing or service industry.
  • Experience working in both ERP and accounting software.
  • Advanced in Microsoft Office products. Experience with Power BI and Great Plains is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
