Our client is a mission-drive organization with locations throughout the US; seeking a strong Senior Accountant to have ownership over various accounting and finance functions and lead Staff Accountants.

 

Responsibilities

  • Prepare financial entries, ensuring accurate financial records, manage banking, cash activities, and monthly reconciliations.
  • Review financial data, providing insights and recommendations to leadership and support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Lead financial initiatives and contribute to strategic decision-making.
  • Engage in diverse projects, offering opportunities to develop leadership skills.
  • Contribute to long-term financial planning and operational efficiency.
  • Opportunities for professional growth through continuous education and expertise development.
  • Lead and manage the work of Staff Accountants.

 

Qualifications

  • 3+ years’ of accounting experience
  • CPA or MS in Accounting required
