Our client in Madison is looking for a Seasonal Tax Preparer to help out this busy season. This role would be January 2026 through mid-April 2026. This would be a great opportunity for a student or recent grad!

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare individual, small business, trust, and estate tax returns
  • Volume of assigned returns will vary based on experience and capacity
  • Utilize Intuit and ProSeries Tax Software to complete and file returns

Requirements:

  • Previous tax prep experience preferred
  • Work well independently
  • Strong attention to detail
  • 40 hours/week of availability
