Our well-established distributor in Menomonee Falls is seeking a temp to hire Sales Support Specialist to start immediately. This is full-time hours and is fully on-site (no hybrid work). The ideal candidate will possess at least 3 years of prior customer service, marketing or sales experience, ERP software knowledge, and intermediate Excel skills. RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Assist with item setup, pricing updates, and quote requests to support key accounts and internal stakeholders.
  • Create and maintain accurate sales reports and analyze data to identify growth opportunities.
  • Respond to customer product inquiries and manage updates through portals and sourcing inboxes.
  • Collaborate across departments to support product launches, tradeshows, and sales follow-ups.
  • Maintain and organize product data to ensure accuracy for customer and internal use, including GDSN systems.
  • Other ad hoc duties as assigned.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
  • At least 3 years of customer service, marketing, or sales experience.
  • High School diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • Prior ERP experience is highly preferred along with intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
