RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist with item setup, pricing updates, and quote requests to support key accounts and internal stakeholders.
- Create and maintain accurate sales reports and analyze data to identify growth opportunities.
- Respond to customer product inquiries and manage updates through portals and sourcing inboxes.
- Collaborate across departments to support product launches, tradeshows, and sales follow-ups.
- Maintain and organize product data to ensure accuracy for customer and internal use, including GDSN systems.
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- At least 3 years of customer service, marketing, or sales experience.
- High School diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Prior ERP experience is highly preferred along with intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
