Our client is a growing real estate development company, seeking a Payroll Manager. In this role you will manage and run full cycle payroll functions, oversee a Senior Analyst, identify and implement areas for process improvement, and coordinate with cross-functional teams on payroll related matters.

Compensation: $100k – $115k+, plus annual bonus
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and run full cycle payroll process
- Identify opportunities to improve and provide recommendations and solutions while collaborating with other departments to ensure the success of improvements
- Work closely with accounting, Human Resources, and IT to ensure payrolls are completed timely and accurately
- Prepare various ad-hoc payroll reports as necessary
- Oversee system updates, act as primary liaison with IT and external consultants
- Act as Project Manager for payroll related projects, developing project plans and managing project teams
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
- Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) required
- 10+ years of corporate payroll production and processing experience
- Advanced knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud/JD Edwards Enterprise One
