Office Manager
Our client is an organization in the Dane County area looking for an Office Manager. Our client is looking for someone with 3+ years of experience, organized, and an excellent leader. This company offers a collaborative culture, a tenured team, and flexibility. This position is onsite.
The salary for this position is $50k – $65k.
The Office Manager will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensures the office maintains a professional image
- Order and manage office & break room supplies
- Assist with record keeping and data entry
- Monitor phone and email communication
- Assist leadership team with projects
- Event planning and coordination
- Other duties and projects as needed
The Office Manager will possess the following:
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- 3+ years of experience in office management
- Microsoft Office experience (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Must demonstrate unwavering discretion and the ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization
- Positive and upbeat demeanor
