Our client is an organization in the Dane County area looking for an Office Manager. Our client is looking for someone with 3+ years of experience, organized, and an excellent leader. This company offers a collaborative culture, a tenured team, and flexibility. This position is onsite.

 

The salary for this position is $50k – $65k.

 

The Office Manager will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensures the office maintains a professional image
  • Order and manage office & break room supplies
  • Assist with record keeping and data entry
  • Monitor phone and email communication
  • Assist leadership team with projects
  • Event planning and coordination
  • Other duties and projects as needed

 

The Office Manager will possess the following:

 

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • 3+ years of experience in office management
  • Microsoft Office experience (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Must demonstrate unwavering discretion and the ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization
  • Positive and upbeat demeanor
