Manager of Corporate Accounting
Our client is an organization in the Milwaukee area looking for a Manager of Corporate Accounting. Our client is looking for someone with 6+ years of experience, leadership experience, and who is energetic and collaborative. This company offers flexibility, a collaborative team, and hybrid work environment.
The salary for this position is $110k-150k
The Manager of Corporate Accounting will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee the global consolidation process, ensuring timely and accurate submission of financial data.
- Guide and support subsidiary controllers and business group finance directors.
- Manage global finance and accounting learning events.
- Conduct analysis of financial statements.
- Severe as a key point of contact for financial issues.
- Assist in reviewing monthly results and variance analyses.
- Provide oversight and project management for accounting projects.
- Coach and mentor the team in various aspects of their career growth.
- Other duties and projects as assigned.
The Manager of Corporate Accounting will possess the following:
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
- 6+ years of accounting experience.
- CPA preferred.
- Manufacturing experience preferred.
- Excellent management and supervisory skills.
- Strong organizational, prioritization and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
