RESPONSIBILITIES
- Respond to employee inquiries related to compensation, benefits, and wellness programs.
- Support compensation analysis, including market surveys and data evaluation.
- Assist in benefits administration and related HR projects.
- Maintain and update records in Workday or a similar HRIS system.
- Work closely with HR leadership to ensure competitive and compliant total rewards offerings.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- 3+ years of experience in benefits administration and compensation.
- Experience conducting market analysis and compensation surveys.
- Familiarity with Workday or similar HRIS platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work in ambiguous situations.
- Polished, collaborative, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
