We are seeking a detail-oriented Interim Accountant/Analyst to support ongoing projects and system enhancements. This temporary role is essential for helping our team manage system reconciliations and ensure data accuracy across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and an ability to work with complex systems integrations. This role can either sit onsite in Appleton, WI or Houston, TX

Responsibilities:

  • Perform data reconciliations across multiple internal systems, ensuring alignment and accuracy.
  • Utilize software to load and compare data across systems, completing approximately 600 reconciliations monthly.
  • Work closely with system data from various sources, loading into reconciliation software and troubleshooting discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with team members on system and process improvements to enhance efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in data analysis or a similar role with a focus on reconciliations.
  • Highly analytical with strong attention to detail and proficiency in handling large volumes of data.
  • Comfortable learning new systems and understanding how they integrate.
