Integration Controller
Our client is an organization in the greater Milwaukee area looking for a Controller. This company is looking for someone with 5+ years of related experience, strong communication skills, and manufacturing/plant operation industry experience.
The salary range for this position is $120k-140k + bonus.
The Controller will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee the preparation and delivery of monthly integration financial reports, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and timeliness.
- Lead the forecasting process for integration-related activities, including synergy tracking, capacity optimization, productivity impacts, restructuring costs, capital investments, cash flow, and other major projects.
- Act as the primary finance contact for integration matters, collaborating with plant controllers, project teams, and cross-functional leaders.
- Coordinate the development of the division’s integration strategic plan and annual budget, working closely with operations and integration teams to align with corporate timelines.
- Support system enhancements by assisting with financial consolidation tool implementation, user acceptance testing, and data verification.
- Develop and maintain KPI dashboards for multiple sites, ensuring consistent and accurate daily metric reporting by plant controllers.
- Monitor and evaluate financial risks, identifying potential issues and mitigation strategies for supply chain optimization projects.
- Strengthen and maintain internal controls, ensuring compliance with GAAP and SOX requirements for integration and restructuring activities.
- Provide financial training and guidance to non-financial managers to build understanding and accountability.
- Collaborate with various business units to deliver comprehensive financial support for integration initiatives.
The Controller will possess the following:
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or closely related field required
- 5+ years of finance experience
- Strong leadership skills
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
